GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,900 in sums due from a customer who has allegedly failed to pay off the balance due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Wagno V. Falao.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in paying $3,996 plus interest on a credit card balance. The plaintiff alleges it has made amicable demand, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
