TAYLOR PORTER: Castille Receives BRBA Award for Service on ABA House of Delegates

Taylor Porter issued the following announcement on Jan. 18.

Taylor Porter Partner Preston Castille received a service award from the Baton Rouge Bar Association for his tenure on the House of Delegates on the American Bar Association. Castille received the award at the BRBA installation and awards ceremony held on Wednesday, Jan. 9, at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

BRBA outgoing president Linda Law Clark and current BRBA President and Taylor Porter Partner Amy Lambert presented Castille with the award. Castille represented the BRBA on the ABA House of Delegates from 2016-2018. The Baton Rouge Bar Association serves the legal profession and the public for 90 years and is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in the State of Louisiana with more than 2,500 lawyers.

Castille formerly served as President of the Baton Rouge Bar Association in 2011, and President of the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society from 1998-2000. He served on the Board of Governors of the Louisiana State Bar Association from 2001-2004, and as a member of the House of Delegates from 2009-2012.

Castille, a member of the Taylor Porter Executive Committee, is engaged primarily in business litigation and transactions, and represents client in the energy and education industries.
