Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Charles F. Seemann III has been named Office Managing Principal in New Orleans.

Mr. Seemann has extensive experience in complex ERISA matters, including class-action litigation and regulatory investigations. He also represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, including stock-option disputes and executive compensation litigation; wage and hour advice and litigation; and similar matters. Mr. Seemann is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and Texas, but has represented clients in complex and class action matters in jurisdictions across the country including New York, California, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Massachusetts, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Mississippi, and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Seemann has been selected by Best Lawyers® as New Orleans’ “Lawyer of the Year” in both Labor & Employment Law (2014) and ERISA/Employee Benefits Law (2017), among numerous professional accolades.
