Onemain Financial seeks over $4,100 on an open account

GRETNA – A financial company alleges it is owed more than $4,100 in sums due on an open account.

Onemain Financial Services Inc., as successor by Merger OneMain Financial Services of Louisiana Inc., filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Capella Y. Scott and Darrell J. Scott.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendants have remained negligent in a balance owed on an open account of $4,115 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
