GRETNA –Capital One is seeking more than $2,900 on a credit card account.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nathaniel Wilson.
According to the complaint, Wilson failed to pay off an open account of more than $2,969 plus interest, despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
