Capital One seeks more than $11,000 on an open account

GRETNA – Capital One alleges it is owed more than $11,000 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rachel Schmitt.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $11,498. The plaintiff alleges it has made amicable demand, but to no avail from the defendant.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
