GRETNA – A woman is suing Dill's Classic Painting LLC, alleging that she was injured when caused to trip and fall over a hook in the ground.

Joann M. Dietiel filed her complaint on Jan. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court, citing negligence. According to the lawsuit, on June 3, when Dietiel was a guest at Ponchartrain Center in Kenner, she was caused to trip and fall over a hook in the ground, causing her to sustain injuries to her knee, hand, back and body.

Dietiel claims that the defendants were negligent through failing to provide warning of the danger. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. She is represented by J. Michael Daly in Metairie.
