Specialized Loan Service seeks mortgage balance of over $118,000

GRETNA – A loan servicing company is seeking more than $118,000 in sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

Specialized Loan Service LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Helmut Friedrich Seitz.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a mortgage in the total of $118,622 plus interest of 5.99 percent per year until the balance is paid in total. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
