GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,000 from a negligent customer.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Latara Thomas.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $3,009 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has made amicable demand, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
