Barclays Bank seeks $3,200 on customer's account

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware filed a lawsuit alleging that a woman is indebted for more than $3,000 on an open account.

The financial institution filed the complaint against Lisa Corsaro on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $3,231.21 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand, the suit claims, but to no avail.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Barclays is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.


The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
