GRETNA – Capital One Bank alleges that a woman has neglected her debt of more than $6,300 in sums due.
The financial institution filed a complaint against Rosita Rene on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $6,310.60 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand to the defendant but to no avail, the suit claims.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Capital One is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
