GRETNA – A finance company claims that a man owes more than $11,000 on an open account.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC (PRA) filed a complaint against George H. Jones on Feb. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court. The plaintiff states in the lawsuit that the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $11,200 despite amicable demand from PRA.
The plaintiff, represented by Charles F. Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie, is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
