Lighting company seeks more than $6,000 on unpaid balance

GRETNA – A New Orleans-based lighting company is seeking damages for more than $6,000 in sums it claims are due on an open account.

W.G.M. Inc., dba Fischer-Gambino, filed a complaint against Kim Philip on Feb. 6 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages it claims the defendant is indebted for in the amount of $6,646.18 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the plaintiff states, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradford H. Walker of Walker Daly LLP in Metairie.


The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
