Capital One seeks $2,500 from allegedly negligent customer

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims it is owed more than $2,500 in sums due on an open account.

The financial institution filed a complaint against Blaze Lassiegne on Feb. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,513.34 plus interest on an open account despite amicable demand from Capital One.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account, and the plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.


The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie. The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
