GRETNA – A home loan company is seeking more than $370,000 on a mortgage balance.
Caliber Home Loans Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Deo Ramkhalawan and Ana Maria Ocasio.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states that the defendant has been negligent on a mortgage balance of $370,985 plus interest of 4.375 percent per year.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris in Monroe.
