GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $14,000 from an individual.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Louise G. Callender.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $14,129 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
