Barclays Bank claims customer owes more than $1,700

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking damages for more than $1,700 it claims is due on a customer's open account.

The bank filed a complaint against Gregory Glass on Feb. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,755.58 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand, the suit states, but to no avail.

Barclays is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.


The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
