Superb Realty alleges breach of contract in $5,800 lawsuit

GRETNA – Superb Realty LLC claims it is owed more than $5,700 from a client, alleging breach of contract.

The company filed a complaint against Ingrid Fonseca on Feb. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states the defendant was contracted to complete services for the plaintiff but that they cancelled the agreement and failed to pay off an account balance of $5,793. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

Fonseca is accused of sums due on an open account and breach of contract. Superb Realty is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Erin Fischer in Metairie.


The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
