Red River Bank alleges man owes more than $22,000 on promissory note

GRETNA – Red River Bank claims a man owes more than $22,000 on an allegedly unpaid promissory note.

The bank filed a complaint against Kevin Thomas Griffon on Feb. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, Griffon is currently indebted for a balance of $22,510.85 plus interest on a promissory note.

Red River Bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by John L. Henchy of Henchy, Verbois & Hackenberg in Baton Rouge.


The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
