GRETNA – Discover Bank alleges that it is owed more than $2,000 in sums due on a woman's open account.
The financial institution filed a complaint against Catherine C. Glorioso on Feb. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,206.99 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand to the defendant, the suit claims, but to no avail.
Discover Bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Phil S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
