Capital One seeks $2,100 on an allegedly open account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,000 it alleges a man owes on an open account.

The banking institution filed a complaint against Matthew A. Daves on Feb. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,135.73 plus interest, despite amicable demand from the bank.

Capital One is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
