GRETNA – A bank claims it is owed more than $3,700 in sums due.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Feb. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lillian Bonura.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $3,739 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.
