Bank of America claims man owes more than $12,000

GRETNA — Bank of America (BOA) is seeking over $12,000 it says a man has failed to pay.

The bank filed a complaint on Feb. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kenneth Truxillo.

According to the complaint, BOA is seeking damages of $12,623.05 plus interest on an unpaid account from Truxillo. It made amicable demand, but to no avail.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
