Thomas Flanagan will present on the topic of appellate practice at the Louisiana State Bar Association’s annual meeting and summer school on June 3.
Mr. Flanagan will be joined by five appellate judges and other distinguished practitioners in a morning session entitled, “Maturing in the Art of Appellate Advocacy and Decision Making: Perfecting the Appeal through Post Judgment Pleadings, Oral Appellate Advocacy and Judicial Deliberation.”
