Thomas M. Flanagan, Harold J. Flanagan, and Sean P. Brady of Flanagan Partners LLP have been named to the 2020 edition of Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Thomas Flanagan was recognized for his work in appellate practice (for the thirteenth consecutive year), commercial litigation (for the eighth consecutive year), and “bet-the-company” litigation (for the fifth consecutive year). Harold Flanagan was honored for his work in appellate practice, commercial litigation, insurance law, oil & gas law, and construction litigation. This is the tenth time Harold Flanagan has been named to the prestigious listing. Sean Brady was honored for his work in commercial litigation for the fifth consecutive year.
Additionally, Thomas Flanagan has been recognized as the 2020 New Orleans Bet-the-Company Litigation “Lawyer of the Year.” Mr. Flanagan was previously recognized as the New Orleans Appellate Practice “Lawyer of the Year” in 2015 and 2018.
