Taylor Porter is pleased to announce that John T. Andrishok, Lauren R. Hadden, Justin T. Mannino and Rick J. Norman have been elected to the partnership effective January 1, 2022.

John T. Andrishok focuses in the areas of Construction Litigation and Labor and Employmnet. He is currently a member of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (Fellow, Order of Optimus), the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge Bar Associations, and the ABA Construction Forum. Mr. Andrishok recieved his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1997, and his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1993.
Lauren R. Hadden practices primarily in Labor and Employment, Insurance Defense, General/Tort Litigation, and Products Liability. She is currently a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge Bar Associations. Lauren was a finalist for the 2021 Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel (LADC) 2021 Frank L. Maraist Award. Mrs. Hadden earned her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 2015, and her B.A., cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2012.
Justin T. Mannino represents individuals and businesses in the areas of Federal, State and Local Taxation, Multigenerational Estate Planning, Business and Corporate Governance and Ownership, Successions and Trusts, and Community Property Partitions. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge Bar Associations, and the Estate & Business Planning Council of Baton Rouge, for whom he serves as Treasurer. Mr. Mannino earned his J.D./D.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2013, and his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 2010. Justin also received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Mannino also currently serves as Vice-President of the Catholic High School Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Rick J. Norman leads the Taylor Porter Lake Charles office and practices Commercial Law including, Mergers and Acquisitions, Employment, Construction, and Commercial Litigation. He is the co-author of two legal treatises on business law: Louisiana Employment and Louisiana Corporations, which are updated annually. Rick is a member of the Louisiana State Law Institute. He received his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1979, and his B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1977. He is a former federal prosecutor.
