A Louisiana man claims the Dodge Ram 3500 he purchased was defective.
Edward Ramsey filed his lawsuit in federal court against FCA US LLC.
According to the complaint, Ramsey bought the vehicle from Acadiana Dodge on November 30, 2022, primarily for personal use. He claims that both implied and express warranties were violated due to defects in the vehicle.
Ramsey is seeking more than $75,000 in damages as well as interest and costs.
