A man says he lost a toe because of a defective wheeled walker.

Melvin Crawford filed his complaint in federal court against Medical Depot Inc., also known as Drive Devilbiss Healthcare.

While using the Nitro Euro Style Rollator Rolling Walker in New Orleans, Crawford claims the wheel rolled over and cut his right foot. This led to an ulcer on his fourth toe which subsequently required amputation due to complications from the cut.

Crawford claims the product was defective and unreasonably dangerous and accuses Medical Depot of negligence for failing to provide adequate warnings about potential risks associated with its use.
