United Arab Emirates company files suit against company in Greece for unpaid balance
Story CopyA company with headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is suing a company based Athens, Greece for breach of a maritime contract. On Dec. 24, 2014, Hakan Agro DMMC and Greenfield Commodity Enterprises (UK) Ltd entered into a contract of sale in which Hakan Agro agreed to sell to Greenfield a cargo of yellow corn.
