Orleans Shoring suing customer for alleged breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – A Harahan-based shoring company is suing a customer for allegedly failing to pay an amount agreed upon under their contract.

Orleans Shoring, LLC filed a lawsuit against Elizabeth Henry in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Aug. 16. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has failed to pay $10,925.00 due at the completion of a home elevation job.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking the full amount of $10,925 plus accrued interest and attorney fees and court costs.

Counsel for Orleans Shoring is attorney Jason Wade.

This case has been assigned to Division D Judge Lloyd J. Medley.

Case no. 2012-08047.
