Elite Property Management bring claims of non-payment in to court

NEW ORLEANS – A local LLC contracted to do repair work on an New Orleans  property are suing the properties owners on allegations of breach of contract.

Elite Property Management and Investments LLC filed a lawsuit against Isidore Marshall and Leila T. Marshall in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Jan. 11. Elite sustains that after making amicable request for the sums owed for repair work done the defendant’s Peniston Street property, defendants have not submitted the $77,000 owed in accordance with their contract.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiffs are seeking the alleged sum owed, legal interest and costs of proceedings.

Michael J. Hall of the Law Office of Michael J. Hall LLC will represent the petitioners in court.

This case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
