Apex Constructors allegedly refuse to pay Glenn Baker’s Heating & A/C

BATON ROUGE – A Baton Rouge cooling and heating company is suing a local construction company for allegedly refusing and failing to pay for materials they supplied and installed.

Glenn Baker’s Heating & A/C filed a lawsuit against Apex Constructors LLC in the 19th Judicial Central District Court on Feb. 27. The plaintiff sustains that the defendant is indebted to Baker’s for the sum of $18,834.30 for Baker’s performance of heating and air conditioning services pursuant to an agreement between both entities.

The defendant is accused of having failed and refused to pay the outstanding account balance despite amicable demand.

Plaintiff is seeking the sum owed plus interest and legal fees.

The plaintiff is represented by Kevin P. Landreneau of Baton Rouge-based Seale & Ross.

This case has been assigned to Section 24 Judge R. Michael Caldwell.
