Loop Linen Service Inc. alleges client did not pay for services

Late 04

GRETNA – A linen service company alleges that a client failed to uphold a contract.

Loop Linen Service Inc. filed a suit against Voodoo BBQ & Grill LLC and Jim Leslie in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendants entered into a contract for the provision of the rental of items to the defendant. The contract for the agreement was signed by both parties on Feb. 5. The suit states, however, that the defendants breached the contract and have failed to honor the terms of the agreement through their failure to pay.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking $20,551.40 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Michael S. Futrell of Connick and Connick in Metairie. The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
