NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans factoring business has filed a suit against a Baton Rouge corporation alleging it has an outstanding balance that remains unpaid.
Republic Business Credit LLC filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. alleging statutory breach.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that has suffered for not receiving payment in the sum of not less than $1,123,515. The plaintiff holds Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay its outstanding balance that remains due and owing.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek prays for judgment in its favor against defendant for damages in an amount of not less than $1,123,515 plus related costs, attorneys' fees and for such other relief as the court deems appropriate.
