Capital One Bank seeks allegedly unpaid credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims that a customer owes more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Anas Krad in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 5.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant with the understanding that the defendant would make payments on the balance accumulated. The suit states, however, that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of more than $2,200.

The defendant is accused of open account through failing to pay off the balance of the credit card.

The plaintiff is $2,260.61 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
