GRETNA – Delgado Community College is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Tolisha K. Harris in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 19.
According to the claim, the plaintiff admitted the defendant as a student for the semester of Spring 2013. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off her balance of more than $900.
The defendant is accused of open account for failing to pay off her balance.
The plaintiff is seeking $922.60 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Rokeya J. Morris of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
