Capital One Bank claims that a customer owes more than $1,900

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Randall Primes in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 20.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant for his use, however, the suit states that the defendant has failed to make payments on his balance of more than $1,900.

The defendant is accused of open account through failure to pay his balance.

The plaintiff is $1,983.22 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
