A/C Supply Inc. claims Texas man owes thousands for supplies

By Carrie Bradon | Aug 30, 2016

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish supply company alleges a Texas man and his company did not pay for several thousand dollars of supplies.

A/C Supply Inc. filed a suit against John A. Magninat, also known as John Miller, doing business as HVAC Commercial Contractors and/or HVAC Commercial Sales, in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 1.

According to the claim, the defendant completed a credit application with the plaintiff in April 2005, in which the defendant was the sole proprietor and personal guarantor for the balance incurred.
