NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking damages following a breached contract.
Executive Plaza LLC filed a suit against GT Management LLC, Nada Guffey and Deonne Thomas in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Aug. 15.
According to the claim, the plaintiff entered into a lease with the defendants for the period of 60 months. The suit states that the defendant paid rent up until August 2015 when they vacated the premises and have now failed to fulfill the agreement's terms.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract by failing to fulfill the full period of the agreement and debt to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey T. Greenberg.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
