NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish company alleges an Orleans Parish business owes it for merchandise it delivered.
Wood Materials LLC filed a suit against Qualified Transportation LLC, State of Louisiana in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on April 6.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered merchandise to the defendant, however, the defendant has allegedly failed to make payments for the goods delivered.
The defendant is accused of open account for more than $18,000.
The plaintiff is seeking $18,115.89 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Anna E. Dow of Gonzales.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
