New Orleans woman alleged to owe more than $30,000 to financial company

NEW ORLEANS – A financial service company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Springleaf Financial Services of Louisiana Inc. filed a suit against Liana Drouilhet in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant has maintained an open account against the plaintiff for the amount of more than $30,000. The suit states that the plaintiff is seeking restitution for this open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $30,614.69 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by J. Marron Monsour, Gregory M. Eaton and Sharon Y. Florence of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
