GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for unpaid services.
Dream Suites Corporate Solutions LLC filed a suit against 1217 Bishop Motion Pictures LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 3.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff provided services to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to make payments on the services delivered, despite amicable demands from the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by R. A. Osborn Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
