Masonry Products Sales Inc. alleges it is owed for products it provided

NEW ORLEANS – A masonry company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Masonry Products Sales Inc. filed a suit against A-Cubed Corp. and Freddie N. Baker Jr. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the sold products to the defendant and delivered specific products to the defendant with the agreement that the issued goods and services would be paid for. The suit states that the defendant has thus failed to make payment for more than $77,000.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $77,595.94 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by James C. Rather Jr. of Sutton, Alker & Rather LLC in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
