Capital One Bank says woman owed for credit card debt

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $3,500 in damages that it alleges is owed on a credit card account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Gladys Fascitelli in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 28.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card for her use. The suit states that despite her claim that she would pay off the balance accumulated on the card, the defendant has yet to pay the plaintiff more than $3,500 on the open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,558.96 plus costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
