Harrah's New Orleans alleges it is owed more than $8,500

NEW ORLEANS – A casino is seeking damages for an allegedly open account of more than $8,500 from a Georgia man.

Jazz Casino Co. LLC, doing business as Harrah's New Orleans, filed a suit against Michael S. Fishbein in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant failed to make payment on the open account which he held. The suit states that the defendant owes more than $8,500.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $8,600 in damages. It is represented by Karen M. Dicke of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
