NEW ORLEANS – Baton Rouge Community College claims that an Orleans Parish individual owes more $4,000.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Baton Rouge Community College filed a suit against Jamal Andre Johnson in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant that worth more than $4,000 for the Fall 2012 semester. The suit states that the plaintiff has not received payment for the necessary charges.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $4,432.40 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Rokeya J. Morris of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
