NEW ORLEANS – A patient is suing a doctor, alleging the doctor's treatment left the plaintiff with injuries.
John Louis Blush filed a suit Nov. 7 against Dr. Albert Devon Sam II in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging malpractice.
According to the claim, Blush filed a petition for discovery against Sam for his wrong actions taken as Blush's physician.
Blush seeks appropriate damages, attorney fees and court costs. He is represented by attorney Gregory C. Weiss of Weiss & Eason LLP in Mandeville.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
