Homeowner claims Audubon Custom Renovations did not complete contracted work

GRETNA – A homeowner alleges he paid an Orleans Parish company to do renovations on his home and that the work was never completed.

Craig Brouillette filed a suit against Shannon-Nicolosi LLC, doing business as Audubon Custom Renovations, Cynthia Lynn Shannon and Gianfranco Nicolosi in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 18.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is the owner of a Metairie property. The suit states that the plaintiff paid the defendants to renovate his property in July 2015, supplying them with more than $83,000. The suit states that the defendant failed to fulfill the duties that they were paid to do.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by M. Ali Shahlael of Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
