Lending company alleges customer owes more than $136,000

GRETNA – A lending company is suing a Jefferson Parish customer, alleging damages for an overdue promissory note.

Planet Home Lending LLC filed a lawsuit Nov. 29 against Caleb A. Bowen in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.

According to the claim, Planet Home is the holder of a promissory note from Bowen who has failed to make payment on the note for $136,810.27, plus interest and late charges.

Planet Home Lending seeks all money owed, attorney fees and costs of court. It is represented by attorney J. Donald Morgan of Kizer, Hood & Morgan in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Henry G. Sullivan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 766984.
