JPMorgan Chase alleges promissory note customer owes more than $54,000

GRETNA – JP Morgan Chase is suing a promissory note customer, alleging he owes more than $54,000.

JPMorgan Chase Bank NA filed a suit Nov. 29 against Licinio R. Ribeirio, also known as Robert Licinio Ribeiro, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a balance on a promissory note.

According to the claim, JP Morgan Chase is the holder of a promissory note for Ribeiro The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the $54,333.65 balance that is owed.

JP Moran Chase seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Stacy C. Wheat of Graham, Arceneaux and Allen LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 766978.
